You earn a defined percentage on every customer you refer — between 5% and 20% depending on your partner tier. The rate is set upfront and shown in the app, with no hidden clauses and no surprise deductions.
There are four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The more customers you actively refer, the higher your tier and your commission rate. Your current tier and progress toward the next one are always visible in your dashboard.
Commissions accrue in your balance as your referred customers are billed, and payouts are made on a regular schedule to your chosen method. Every payout is itemised, so you can see exactly which customer earned you what.
